Low-voltage wiring Connection count needs review
PreparationSelect the exact Benchmark 9150 selected pair-door push-side application, arm, cover/header and pivot/hinge arrangement. Check supporting frame, door reveal, clearances and smooth manual travel, then use the original model template to prepare and secure the header and chosen arm. Keep pair-door/controller arrangements and optional long arms distinct. Route selected supply/ground and actuator/safety/lock connections through the required entries and complete the matching setup and operational checks.
ElectricalThe Benchmark installation manual calls for a 115volt single-phase 60Hz fused 15amp 3-wire supply at the side jamb on its dedicated circuit. This is incoming supply provision, separate from running current or accessory output capacity. Ground the operator from the main supply as instructed and keep motor/breakaway harnesses and selected actuator/sensor/lock interfaces distinct. Verify the delivered controller label and actual single/pair arrangement before connection; harness and device quantities are not field cable-run counts.
