Low-voltage wiring Connection count needs review
PreparationThe 4630 uses the pull-side top-jamb single-lever arm/track arrangement. Select the actual frame, door, arm and reveal and use the exact original mounting template for support, fixing positions and clearances. Fit the selected operator and arm/track, allow wiring entry and access to the control equipment and check manual door/latch movement before programming the selected actuator, safety, lock and fire functions. The other Auto Equalizer mounting side is a different preparation.
ElectricalKeep the selected Auto Equalizer incoming mains circuit separate from its onboard 12V DC and 24V DC outputs for actuators/readers and other peripherals. The catalogue identifies a one-amp slow-blow fuse protecting the high-voltage input and self-resetting protection on low-voltage outputs; fuse rating is not operating current or supply voltage. Use the actual operator/control-box label and matching installation wiring diagram for supply and selected trigger, safety, fire, lock and sequencing functions. Factory leads, terminal counts and optional circuits do not determine field cable/run quantities.
