The CX-IRB is Camden’s Double Pole Double Throw (DPDT) Isolation Relay. It can be used to aid any installer when dealing with integrations that provide excessive power sources or to isolate environmental issues such as electrical noise or induced voltages from unwanted sources. It can accept 12 or 24 VDC to operate.

Product specifications
Low-voltage wiring Required
BasisStructured, independently qualified product connection evidence
PreparationThe module must be mounted in a suitable location (e.g. door operator or electrical enclosure or power supply cabinet) with enough space for its stated dimensions. The JP1 jumper must be set to the supply voltage (12 or 24 VDC), and a 12/24 VDC supply must be available to operate it. Self-adhesive Velcro tape is stated as provided for mounting.
ElectricalSelect 12 or 24VDC operating input and set JP1 to match before energizing. Connect positive to V+ and negative/GND to V-; this operating-power interface uses two conductors and draws 40mA at the documented input voltages. The DPDT relay has two independent poles, each labelled NC, C and NO. For each used low-voltage pole, C with one selected throw uses two conductors, or C with both throws uses three. Do not bridge pole commons or sum alternative configurations. Contact ratings describe the controlled circuit, not a second operating supply. Field cable type, gauge, shielding and physical run quantities require the connected equipment requirements and site routing.
