Select the actual lockset, bolt operation and matching faceplate/bracket combination before preparing the frame. Use the appropriate lockset template and faceplate combination, then attach the strike to the jamb using the screws supplied with that faceplate option kit. Check the actual frame and delivered hardware before cutting; a list of equivalent faceplate functions is not a count of physical plates. | Electrical | Electrical specifications for the included 1006 strike body are dual voltage 12/24 VDC, 480 mA at 12 VDC or 240 mA at 24 VDC. The body manual specifies continuous-duty solenoids. Select the matching voltage pigtail and verify the actual input before connection; black on the pigtail is negative. Local coil joins when a connector is absent are separate from external field power conductors. The CS kit includes the separate SMART Pac III inline controller.
