| Preparation | Use CM-79A with the compatible prepared in-wall box and selected 6 inch switch. For a double-gang/4×4 arrangement select the matching CM-49C adapter and specified hardware. If the optional gasket is fitted, keep its fixing holes and central wire opening aligned. Fit and center the switch with the correct kit screws; do not substitute short switch screws or assume the surface base is part of this enclosure-only selection. The old manual mounting-table headers name CM-49A/CM-49G while its parts diagram/current rows identify CM-79A/CM-79G; confirm the actual 6 inch components before mixing parts. |
