| Preparation | Prepare the compatible CM-1000 surface box, switch and mortise-cylinder assembly. Fit the cylinder with its grooves aligned to the retainers on the back of this faceplate and tighten the cylinder lock ring. Align the switch so that the cam operates it centrally and allows it to reset. Secure the assembled faceplate to the surface box after the separate switch connections are complete; fit the weatherproof gasket behind the faceplate outdoors. |
