RCI 915 is a hands-free passive-infrared egress switch for request-to-exit applications with electromagnetic locks, with adjustable detection area and relay time delay. RCI 915AFI is an active focused-infrared hands-free switch for high-security applications, mounting on/above the frame with a beam aimed near door hardware to resist circumvention (e.g. sliding objects under the door); it adds request-to-exit, card reader, and door-position auxiliary inputs plus a local sounder.
