Camden Door Controls, CM-1100 and CM-2000 Series flush mount key switches meet the stringent demands of key switch controls. They are designed for use with standard 1”, 1 1/8”, or 1 1/4” mortise cylinders. Fabricated from 1/4” thick aluminum, into a one piece die cast construction, with unique Camden Manufacturing features.

Product specifications
Low-voltage wiring Required
BasisStructured, independently qualified product connection evidence
PreparationThe product is a flush-mount key switch with a single-gang faceplate (4-1/2" x 2-3/4" x 1-1/2"). It accepts a standard mortise cylinder of 1" to 1-1/4". The cylinder is optional, sold separately, and must be supplied for the switch to be used with a key. The manual lists compatible mounting boxes for the CM-1100 series, which includes CM-1110. This text-only evidence does not give flush cutout dimensions or a mounting depth for flush boxes.
ElectricalBase configuration: Key Switch, SPST Maintained. The SPST switch contact requires two external conductors for the controlled circuit. These are low-voltage circuit conductor counts, not physical cable-run counts. The supplied 18 AWG soldered leads do not specify field cable gauge. SPST lead connections are black. Cable type, gauge, shielding and physical run quantities depend on the selected controller/device and site routing. Optional LED circuits remain separate and require their selected DC option instructions. The standard-contact parts table and family specification give different contact ratings; verify the fitted switch rating. Contact ratings are not supply requirements.

Conditional connectionsPower an optional LED indicator (DC only): cable runs quantity unspecified; conductor count unspecified; wire type not documented; size unspecified; shielding unspecified; rating unspecified; endpoints Optional LED leads (red +, black −) to 12 VDC or 24 VDC supply; when Installation configuration is Optional accessory selected: IF an LED option (CM-XXXX-70xx and similar) is selected. The LED is an optional accessory and is separate from the switch contact circuit. It is DC only, with a resistor of 560 ohm for 12 V or 1.5 k ohm for 24 V.; Optional LED indicator circuit, DC only. The 12 V LED uses an integrated 560 ohm resistor and the 24 V LED uses a 1.5 k ohm resistor.: cable runs quantity unspecified; conductor count unspecified; wire type not documented; size unspecified; shielding unspecified; rating unspecified; endpoints optional LED (red +, black −) to 12 VDC or 24 VDC supply; when Installation configuration is Optional accessory selected: IF an LED option (-7012, -7024, etc.) is selected. This is not part of the base CM-1110 switch circuit. The field cable count is undocumented.; Selected base switch 1: SPST contact: cable runs quantity unspecified; 2 conductor(s); wire type not documented; size unspecified; shielding unspecified; rating Field cable type, gauge, shielding and physical run quantity unspecified.
