PreparationUse the exact stainless-steel DSU post for CM-7536/CM-7436; the current manufacturer row excludes CM-8536/CM-8436. Match the ordered height, finish and switch preparation to the actual actuator before installation. Install the post level and true on the selected mounting base. Use the original base template and suitable supporting foundation; for the documented concrete surface-mount arrangement, prepare the anchor locations and secure the base using the specified masonry anchors. The in-ground base is a separate selection and must be supported level while concrete cures. Align the post/base holes and use the matching assembly hardware. Select conduit-fed or RF switch installation separately; pre-cut switch openings and mounting fasteners do not establish field cable quantities.
