PreparationCM-49G is the gasket for the selected CM-49A/CM-49B arrangement. In the reviewed instructions it is optional: attach it to the rear of B for the surface base or to the rear of A for in-wall mounting, removing its backing and opening the center perforation when needed for wiring. Keep the fixing holes aligned. Confirm the actual enclosure and surface; the gasket does not by itself establish a weather rating or define the installed switch wiring. Confirm the delivered components match the original manual revision before using its fixing layout.
