Camden Door Controls CM-300/310 Series LED Illuminated Exit Switches are economical illuminated exit controls with 1/2" x 3/4" buttons available in red or green, supplied with a stainless steel faceplate in 1 3/4" or 2 3/4" widths. The SPDT momentary switch is UL/CSA approved and the LED bulb runs on 12V or 24V DC. CM-310EE adds an integrated 30-second timer with double-break circuitry for magnetic lock applications.

PreparationThe installation description specifies a narrow door-jamb flush mounting arrangement, but the specification table is labelled CM-300 and gives a wider footprint. Verify the delivered CM-310EE faceplate and box before cutting. Connect the supplied prewired leads, tuck wiring into the included retrofit box and fasten the faceplate with the supplied screws.
ElectricalUse a 12 or 24 VDC supply for the unit. The timer and LED have separate red/black supply pairs, two external interface conductors for each pair. The illustrated maglock circuit connects white to supply positive, directly or through the selected motion-detector relay, and green to maglock positive: two external conductors at that controlled-loop interface.
