Lazerpoint RF is a battery-powered 915MHz wireless door control system offering spread-spectrum wireless communication, signal-strength indicators, and 'push and learn' transmitter registration for easy installation. It spans the widest range of transmitters, receivers, activation devices, and switch boxes, including the CM-RX-90 single-relay receiver with 3 operating modes and the RX-92 two-channel receiver with 6 operating modes.

Fob options 1, 2, and 4-button ADA-compliant key fobs
Low-voltage wiring Not required
PreparationThe module is a plug-in board. It is installed by aligning its pins with the socket on a host CM-120i/W keypad or CM-331/332 touchless switch and plugging it in. A compatible host device is therefore a prerequisite. The manufacturer page says the module is powered by that device. Receiver pairing is a separate step, and a CM-RX-91 or CM-RX-92 receiver is required for it.
ElectricalThe CM-TX-99 is a wireless plug-in module. It is installed by plugging into the host device socket and is powered by the host, so no field cable run is documented for the module itself. The manufacturer says it suits applications where running additional cable is expensive or impractical. The wiring of the host keypad or switch, and of the receiver, is separate and is not covered here.
Preparation requiredYes
Electrical wiring requiredNo
Conditional connectionsPlug-in board connection to the host keypad or touchless switch socket (pins aligned with the socket): cable runs quantity unspecified; conductor count unspecified; wire type not documented; size unspecified; shielding unspecified; rating unspecified; endpoints CM-TX-99 pins to CM-120i/W keypad or CM-331/332 switch socket; when Installation configuration is Base product. Applies when installed on a compatible host device. This is a plug-in socket connection, not a field cable pull.
