| Preparation | Mount the CM-AF141SO on a standard single-gang electrical box. Place the supplied gasket between the base and box, and fasten the base with 6-32 x 3/4-inch screws. Fit the O-ring into the front channel, leaving the required small opening at the bottom. Insert the large bottom lens tab first, snap the top tabs into place, and secure the lens with the 2-28 x 5/16-inch Phillips locking screw at the base. Apply the required labels. Use a small Phillips screwdriver to adjust volume: counter-clockwise reduces it; clockwise increases it. |
| Electrical | The CM-AF141SO standalone manual documents two supplied non-polarized black leads connected to a 12 or 24V AC/DC source; maximum current is 70 mA. These are factory leads, not a field cable-run count. The WEC12-TS kit diagram instead labels the annunciator leads grey and uses 24 VDC through its control circuit. Match the actual product revision and kit instructions; when integrated with Camden restroom controls, the kit requires DC. Physical cable-run quantity, field wire type, gauge and shielding remain unspecified. |
| Preparation required | Yes |
| Electrical wiring required | Yes |
| Conditional connections | Power input to dome light (two grey leads shown in the diagram, going to the 24 VDC power connections): cable runs quantity unspecified; conductor count unspecified; wire type not documented; size unspecified; shielding unspecified; rating unspecified; endpoints CM-AF141SO to 24 VDC power supply; when Installation configuration is Base product, in the CX-WEC12-TS kit configuration shown in Figure 6.2; supply 12-24V AC/DC per specification. Whether the grey leads are factory leads or a field cable boundary is not documented. |
